VA benefits

| Post-9/11 GI Bill® (Chapter 33) | VA will pay the school your net tuition based on your eligibility tier. Quarterly payments are made based on the number of lessons completed. VA does not pay an MHA payment for correspondence training. |
| Montgomery GI Bill® Selected Reserve (Chapter 1606) | VA will reimburse you directly for 55% of your net tuition. The reimbursements are processed quarterly and are based on the number of lessons completed. VA does not pay an MHA for correspondence training. |

To apply to use your VA education benefits, applicants can request our Military/Veteran Information Form (MVIF) by calling 866-250-6851. You will need to return the completed MVIF with a copy of your VA Certificate of Eligibility and transcripts from all prior schools attended. NOTE: Applicants under Chapter 31 do not need to complete this process; you can simply contact us for more information.
MyCAA benefits
MyCAA-approved programs are offered through self-paced distance education. Program materials are delivered electronically or by mail, and classes are always available online. If a student moves, their programs will move with them. Students choose from several certificate programs** and degree programs.

Many of our programs can be completed in less than a year and may prepare students to pursue additional professional certification.

Students can earn their certificate in as little as four months, or their degree in as little as 16 months. There are no classes to attend or schedules to keep — students study at their own pace and on their own time. This is true distance learning. Even better? Students may start immediately. Spouses of active-duty service members and spouses of National Guard and reserve service members on Title 10 orders in pay grades E-1 through E-9, W-1 through W-3 and O-1 through O-3. Individuals also must have earned their high school diploma or GED.

You must use your MyCAA benefits within three years of the start date for your first course taken.

MyCAA offers a maximum tuition benefit of $4,000 to eligible military spouses.

Once you’ve started your course and signed your Enrollment Agreement, the school will submit the tuition invoice to MyCAA. The payment process can take up to 30 days, but this will not delay your studies. You will continue to have full access to your course while the payment is being processed.

Your final grade will be reported to MyCAA within 30 days of the end date they approved. If you finish your course earlier, you can send your MyCAA counselor proof of graduation, and they can update your record.
