How long does it take to become a Medical Coder?

When you enroll in our self-paced Medical Coding Specialist program, you choose how much you study each week. If you want to learn to become a Medical Coding Specialist, you can do it in as little as 4 months. On average, our DEAC accredited online Medical Coding Specialist school program is completed in 11 months.

How much does a Medical Coding course cost?

Depending on the program the cost can vary. USCI is proud to offer an affordable program, costing only $1,239 total when you pay in full. Payment plans

Do you offer financial aid, scholarships, or grants?

No, since our programs are designed with affordability in mind we are unable to offer financial aid or scholarships.

What is your refund policy?

If the student cancels within five (5) calendar days of enrollment, the student may cancel the enrollment and is entitled to a full refund of all monies paid. Our full refund policy can be found in the USCI Certificate Course Catalog.

Is it a subscription service?

No. USCI is a pay-by-program school, meaning that each program has its own set price.

Do you have any hidden fees?

Nope! We pride ourselves on having no hidden fees!
