USCI’s healthcare career pathway gives students the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of the healthcare field while working towards their online high school diploma without having to invest any additional money or time.

Students who participate in our healthcare career pathway are able to explore what a career in the healthcare field would be like, letting them make an educated decision if they would like to pursue the career after graduation. When students complete our online high school diploma program with the healthcare career pathway they can apply the healthcare credit towards one of our certificate or degree programs.

Expected Healthcare Career Pathway Outcomes

The USCI online high school diploma plus career pathway offers our DEAC accredited high school in addition to healthcare electives that prepare you for pursuing a certificate or degree in the healthcare field after graduation. When you complete our healthcare track you can expect to be able to understand the fundamentals of the human body and medical terminology. In addition you will be able to explain legal and ethical standards in relation to patient confidentiality within the healthcare sector.
